What happened

At around 9:30 p.m., two witnesses noticed a small orange point of light in the sky. It moved across the sky and then seemed to come to a stop. Its brightness then dropped sharply, and the point vanished all at once, leaving only a white trail behind.

No other witness accounts were collected for this phenomenon. GEIPAN classified the case as C (insufficient data), because there was too little information to analyze it: the case concerns the observation of an orange point of light with a trail.
