What happened

A couple out for a walk noticed a bright white light hanging motionless in the sky. Both witnesses were very surprised by the changes in its brightness. The light then moved off quickly toward the southeast, making no noise.

No other witness accounts were collected about this phenomenon. GEIPAN classified the case as C, meaning there was not enough information: the observation concerned a large light in the sky that then moved away at high speed.
