What happened

Around 4 p.m., a witness noticed luminous points and objects moving about in the sky. They contacted a second witness, who also watched the phenomenon. This second witness clearly recognised aircraft maneuvering, a very common sight in the area.

The investigation concluded that the first witness had mistaken aircraft for something else. GEIPAN classified the case as A (identified): the sighting was the movement of aircraft.
