What happened

At about 2 a.m., a witness was at home on the third floor of an apartment building when they saw an orange, phosphorescent object in the sky. It looked like a cigar standing upright. It moved silently from north to south, then vanished among the buildings of the city.

No other witness came forward. With no explanation found, GEIPAN classified the case as D (unexplained): the investigation could only record the observation of a phosphorescent, cigar-shaped object.
