What happened

On a Friday evening at around 9 p.m., a motorist saw several red-orange lights in the sky, moving slowly side by side. Other people were also watching the phenomenon, but no other account of it was collected during the investigation.

GEIPAN considered the strangeness of the observation to be low. It classified the case as B, probably identified: the lights were most likely Thai lanterns drifting past.
