What happened

At around 9 a.m., a witness looked toward the rising sun and saw a cluster of halos in different colors. Beams of light seemed to radiate from it. The observation lasted between 6 and 10 minutes, after which the phenomenon disappeared. No other witness account was collected.

GEIPAN classified the case as B: the witness had probably seen a lenticular cloud.
