Sighting in Latoue, March 22, 2003

Haute-Garonne, Occitanie, France

Sighting on March 22, 2003 in Latoue (Haute-Garonne, France). GEIPAN considers the phenomenon probably identified (class B).

What happened

The witness reported observations that recurred over time: lights in the sky, beams of light shining on their house, and several "landings".

Investigators carried out every inquiry they could, but none of them confirmed what the witness said. No traces were found at the sites of the supposed landings. The attitude of other possible witnesses, and that of the witness's wife, also raised doubts about the credibility of the account. GEIPAN classed the case as B (probably identified), concluding that it involved periodic sightings of light sources.
