What happened

Two witnesses noticed a bright, elongated object in the sky moving back and forth. It left no trail behind it, and no sound was heard during the whole observation, which lasted two or three minutes.

GEIPAN classified the case as B: the witnesses most likely saw an aircraft carrying out manoeuvres during an exercise. The account remains very vague, however.
