What happened

At 9:14 p.m., a witness noticed a bright light in the sky that did not flicker. It moved quickly in a straight line from west to east. The description given was brief, and the account contained very little that was strange.

The investigation concluded that it was most probably the International Space Station (ISS). A Calsky record shows it crossing the sky from west to east above the southern horizon between 9:07 and 9:14 p.m. GEIPAN classified the case as B (probably identified): an observation of the ISS.
