What happened

At about 3:15 in the morning, a witness noticed a bright point in the sky, roughly as large as a big star. They watched it for around ten minutes. The point moved in a zigzag pattern and left a fluorescent green trail behind it.

No other information about the phenomenon was gathered during the investigation. Because the data were insufficient, GEIPAN classified the case as C: it was the observation of a luminous point moving in a zigzag, and no explanation could be established.
