What happened

Two witnesses, a driver and their spouse, saw a white point of light with blue-green glints. It looked much larger than a star. It followed a straight path and left no trace or trail behind it. The sighting lasted about five seconds, after which the object disappeared.

No further information could be gathered about the phenomenon. Because the data were insufficient, the GEIPAN classed the case as C and concluded it was the observation of a point of light, without being able to say more.
