What happened

At around 9:40 p.m., a driver and their passengers noticed an unusual object and watched it for several minutes. It was bright and orange, shaped like a cigar about two meters long. It moved quickly from the southeast toward the northwest, at an altitude of roughly 200 meters, and appeared to spin on itself. It then quickly vanished at the horizon.

No other witness account was collected about this phenomenon. Because the available data were insufficient, GEIPAN classified the case as C.
