What happened
Around 12:30 p.m., two people were on their terrace when they noticed a black dot approaching in the sky. As it came closer, it took on the shape of a cigar. The witnesses watched it through binoculars: the object kept changing direction and seemed very large to them. It shone in the sunlight. It then disappeared, climbing away toward the west.
No further information could be gathered about the phenomenon. GEIPAN notes that it could be an aircraft passing by, but there is no information at all to confirm this. The case is classified C, owing to insufficient data.
