What happened

Over three days in a row, on 23, 24 and 25 September 1999, several witnesses living in two neighbouring houses noticed a strong white glow around 6 a.m. It stayed motionless in the sky and faded as daylight came. The phenomenon was also seen in the evening, at about 10:15 p.m.

It made no sound and was so bright that it was hard to look at through binoculars. The source gives no further information about these sightings.
