What happened

At around 11 p.m., several witnesses noticed a number of objects in the sky that gave off intense white lights on and off. The objects seemed to be very far away and moved from the southeast toward the north. No sound was heard during the sighting. One of the witnesses watched them through binoculars and made a sketch.

No further information was gathered on the phenomenon. Because the available data were too limited, GEIPAN classified the case as C (insufficient data): it was an observation of several objects in the sky, and nothing more could be established.
