What happened

A witness saw the same kind of phenomenon on two occasions. The first was on 14 July 1992, around 2 a.m., when they watched a very strong white light for about one minute, its intensity slowly changing. The second was in early September, around 11 p.m., when the witness was with their daughter. Together they watched, again for one minute, a very bright white oval phenomenon moving slowly and silently across the sky.
